Balaam Barugahara Ateenyi is the Founder of Balaam marketing and promotions Agency Ltd. He is also the Founder and Managing Director of 87.9 Fm Radio one South Sudan LTD.
He is a music promoter and event organiser in Uganda. He also owns and manages Radio 4 in Kampala.
Balaam is a staunch supporter of the ruling National Resistance Movement Party and has organised several party events in Kampala.
