The Uganda Court of Appeal ordered BoU to Pay Costs to Sudhir in Dismissal of a shs 397b Commercial Litigation. Bank of Uganda (BoU) alongside Crane Bank (in receivership) had dragged Sudhir and his Meera Investments Limited to court for allegedly causing a financial loss to Crane Bank when he took out shs 397 billion belonging to customers.
