ANT is an acronym that in full stands for Alliance for National Transformation. It is a Political Party registered with the Electoral Commission of Uganda.
The Alliance for National Transformation was started by Former Forum For Democratic Change President, Gregory Mugisha Muntu in September 2018.
Although the Party was founded in 2018, the official launch of ANT was held on 22nd May 2019 at The Kampala Serena Hotel.
As at 22nd May 2019, the party was led by Founder Mugisha Muntu with Hon Alice Alaso as its secretary General.
Both Muntu and Alaso quit FDC in September 2018 after Muntu Lost FDC party presidency to Engineer Patrick Oboi Amuriat
